capabilities which include ASP web server software
hosting, SQL Server Database hosting, as well as Access
or any other file based ODBC compliant database hosting.
Our facility provides both shared and dedicated hosting
accounts for both the front-end Web Server or the
back-end SQL Server database hosting in a
climate-controlled, secure environment. Our staff is
constantly monitoring the servers and uses redundant
hardware and connections to ensure uptime. Scalability
has been in the plan from the start so no matter what
the size requirements, we will be ready to accommodate
your company's needs.
We offer several levels of hosting accounts. A
TheCodeWorks Hosting Specialist will help you determine
which option best fits your business model and design a
path for expansion for the future. The options including
the following:
Plan 1 - Entry level Resource Hosting
This account is intended for non-database, resource
Websites and offers 30 Megs of storage, 10 mailbox
accounts and unlimited e-mail aliasing, FTP access and
access to raw log data via control panel.
Plan 2 - Entry level Database Hosting
This account offers 30 Megs of storage and ASP
parsing engines as well as up to 5 ODBC datasource
connections to file-based databases. More space is
available in 10 Meg chunks. This level is intended for
low-volume or entry level functionality sites.
Plan 3 - Basic SQL Server Hosting
This account offers 50 Megs of storage and ASP
parsing engines as well as 1 SQL datasource. The site
administrator will have access to their database via
ODBC and may use SQL Server tools or any other compliant
connectivity software. More space is available in 10 Meg
chunks. This account is designed to accommodate
low-volume SQL Server sites and is ideal for the sites
connecting to one or more of our Application Server
Modules.
Plan 4 - High volume SQL Server Hosting
This account offers 500 Megs of storage and ASP
parsing engines as well as up to 5 SQL datasource. This
account will be on a server with no more than 10 client
sites on the Web server and 10 client databases on the
SQL server. The site administrator will have access to
their database via ODBC and may use SQL Server tools or
any other compliant connectivity software. More space is
available in 10 Meg chunks. This account is designed for
small Intranets, high-volume eCommerce or Content
Management sites. Developers will find this to be a good
starting point for functionality hosting solutions, that
first step before growing to a dedicated or co-located
environment.
Plan 5 - Dedicated Hosting
This level is a custom designed solution based on
each individuals needs. We will sit down with the client
and decide what the best configuration will be for their
business solutions. Web hosting is usually determined
during our upfront consultation and analysis for our
Website development customers. However, we are happy to
accomodate customers with existing Websites. For more
